![]() ![]() You're left wondering about the details behind everything and less considering the big picture questions that it is clear McClure was trying to go for. ![]() There's not enough filling out of the large entity behind the whole debacle that turns the main character's life upside down. Though I understand why the main character took the final actions he did, the ending seemed rush. Sadly, just like many mediocre video games, the ending leaves a lot to be desired and a feeling of incompleteness. At one point, I actually thought to myself, "Well, they found the final Boss." It's interesting enough to keep you going because you're curious to see how they're going to manage to tie up all those loose ends. For those of you that play RPG type video games (by them first person shooters or otherwise), you'll feel yourself reading this as if you were watching the cut scenes to a mediocre video game. Okay, here's the thing with this novel, it's a video game.
